Reservations and Deposits:
Reservation space is limited and subject to availability on a first deposit, first reserved basis. Individuals, couples and groups of up to 4 persons can secure reservations for the 2004 season as follows: A 50% deposit of the cost of your hunt is due within 30 days of booking. The balance is due upon arrival. We prefer to use PayPal, however personal checks and credit cards are welcome
Cancellations:
If it becomes necessary to cancel a reservation, written notice must be received at the Heart River Hunting Lodge office 90 days prior to the hunt of the current season-year in order to receive a refund of deposits. On pheasant hunts only 50% of the deposit is refundable. Otherwise, deposits are refundable for cancellation only after the cancelled space has been filled. Specific cancellation policies, disclosure and responsibility statements are available upon request.
